Before calling Island Coffee for service PLEASE try the following easy procedures:

Check that the plug to the machine in question is plugged in.
Check the circuit breaker to see if it has tripped.
Turn the breaker back on and see if it trips again.
Check the on/off switch to see is someone mistakenly turned the unit off.
If water is leaking, turn off water at the shut off and check all of the connections.
